Description

Zolasta 4 mg Injection is used to treat and prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and also in men and women who are on corticosteroid therapy. This medicine brings down high levels of calcium in the blood that may be caused by some cancers. It is used to treat Paget's disease of bone, a condition in which the bones are weak, thin, deformed, and easily fractured. In cancer therapy, this medicine can be used to prevent or treat bone damage caused by cancer cells.

    This medicine is used to prevent bone fractures and to treat bone pain caused by osteolytic bone lesions in multiple myeloma patients.
  • Osteolytic bone metastases of solid tumours
    This medicine is used for the treatment of severe pain, bone fractures, spinal cord compression, or hypercalcemia caused by bone metastases of solid tumors.
  • Hypercalcemia of malignancy
    This medicine is used for the treatment of elevated levels of calcium in the blood caused by certain types of cancers.
  • Paget's disease
    This medicine can be used to treat Paget's disease of bone, a condition in which the bones are weak, thin, deformed, and easily fractured.
  • Osteoporosis
    This medicine is used in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. It can also be used to treat osteopare using corticosteroids.
