Used For:

• Treatment of bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis (pink eye) and bacterial keratitis.
• Preventing eye infections after minor eye injuries or surgeries.
• Contains two antibiotics: polymyxin B sulfate and bacitracin zinc.

Side Effects:

• Mild eye irritation or discomfort.
• Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling, or redness around the eye (rare).

Precautions:

• Wash your hands before and after applying the ointment.
• Pull down the lower eyelid and apply a small amount of ointment into the conjunctival sac (the space between the eyelid and the eye).
• Avoid touching the tip of the tube to prevent contamination.
• Do not wear contact lenses while using this ointment.
• Use as directed by a healthcare professional, usually 1 to 3 times daily, or as needed.
• If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, or worsening symptoms, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
• Do not use the ointment if the seal is broken before first use.
• Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
• Discard the tube after treatment course completed, even if some ointment remains
