How it works
Bromelain – a pineapple protease that helps in protein digestion. It alleviates pain & inflammation by decreasing the bradykinin and prostaglandins (PGE-2) levelTrypsin – a proteolytic enzyme that degrades proteins and promotes the rapid breakdown of inflammatory metabolites and helps remove debris.Rutin or Rutoside – is a flavonoid derivate that strengthens blood vessels and helps them heal. It also acts as an anti-oxidant.

Side Effects
Bromelain may cause nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Metrorrhagia and menorrhagia have occasionally occurred. Hypersensitivity reactions have been reported and have included skin reactions and asthma.
Drug Interactions
It may interact with the following drugs and products: Antibiotics, Antiplatelet drugs, Aspirin,Blood thinners, Cancer drugs, NSAID painkillers.
Indication
It is indicated for Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Juvenile Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Post-operation inflammation & edema.
When not to Use
In case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients listed.
PRECAUTIONS
Precaution
Bromelain is usually not recommended for longer than 8 to 10 days.
WARNINGS
Warning 1
Hypersensitivity reactions have been reported and have included skin reactions and asthma.
Warning 2
Do not use this medicine at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
Warning 3
Do not take with blood thinners.
